Verdant Motion Chiropractic and Rehab is a trade name of Derek Hines DC LLC, a limited liability company in the State of Oklahoma, operated by Dr. Derek Hines, DC

We provide chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercise in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Chiropractic care is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system at verdantchiro.janeapp.com. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Fees for services are listed on our website and are subject to change.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number through any form on this website or in our office, you consent to receive text messages from Verdant Motion Chiropractic and Rehab. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up care instructions, and information about our services.
